This Return and Refund Policy applies to all courses and classes enrolled in through Learnify247 using the Tutor LMS platform.
By clicking Enroll, Complete Purchase, or accessing course content, the student agrees to the terms below.
1. General Enrollment Policy
Learnify247 hosts courses delivered by independent instructors using Tutor LMS.
Enrollment grants the student access to course materials according to the instructor’s course setup and Tutor LMS progress tracking.
Refund eligibility is based on:
• Course type
• Time since enrollment
• Course progress recorded in Tutor LMS
All refund requests must be submitted through Learnify247 support.
2. Self Paced Online Courses (On Demand)
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
• The request is submitted within seven calendar days of enrollment
• The student has completed less than twenty five percent of the course
• No certificate has been issued
• The course has not been marked as completed in Tutor LMS
Course progress is determined using Tutor LMS tracking data including:
• Lessons viewed
• Quizzes attempted
• Completion status
Once course progress exceeds the threshold, the course becomes non refundable.
3. Live Online Courses
Live online courses may include scheduled sessions delivered via video conferencing or virtual classrooms.
Refunds may be granted if:
• The refund request is submitted at least twenty four hours before the scheduled session
• The student has not attended the session
No refunds are issued for:
• Missed sessions
• Failure to attend live classes
• Partial attendance
If an instructor cancels a live session, students will receive:
• A full refund or
• The option to reschedule
4. In Person Courses
Refund eligibility for in person courses follows the instructor’s posted cancellation terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the course description:
• Refund requests must be made at least forty eight hours before the scheduled start time
• No refunds are issued for no shows
Instructor cancellations result in:
• A full refund or
• A rescheduled class option
5. Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
• A course is marked Completed in Tutor LMS
• A certificate has been generated or downloaded
• Course progress exceeds the refund eligibility threshold
• Digital materials have been fully accessed
• The student fails to attend a scheduled class
• The course was delivered as described but did not meet personal expectations
6. Certificates and Completion
Once a certificate is issued through Tutor LMS:
• The enrollment is considered completed
• The course becomes non refundable
Certificate issuance serves as confirmation of course delivery.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Students are encouraged to contact Learnify247 support before filing a chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed:
• The refund request may be denied
• Tutor LMS activity logs may be used as evidence
• Abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension
Learnify247 reserves the right to dispute chargebacks when appropriate.
8. Instructor Accountability
Instructors are required to deliver courses as described in their Tutor LMS course listings.
If an instructor:
• Fails to deliver the course
• Cancels without notice
• Materially misrepresents content
Learnify247 may issue a refund regardless of standard refund rules.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and typically take five to ten business days after approval.
10. Final Decision Authority
Learnify247 retains final authority on all refund determinations.
Decisions are based on:
• Tutor LMS course progress data
• Enrollment and completion records
• Instructor documentation
• Payment processor requirements
11. Policy Updates
Learnify247 may update this policy at any time.
Changes apply to future enrollments and will be posted on the platform.
