Welcome to Learnify247. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Learnify247 website, learning platform, courses, digital products, certificates, and services. By accessing, enrolling, purchasing, or using Learnify247, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Platform Overview
Learnify247 is an online education platform providing courses, certifications, digital learning materials, ebooks, and training programs. Courses may be self paced, instructor led, virtual, or in person. Learnify247 may host content created by Learnify247 or by approved instructors.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or have legal guardian consent.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Account sharing, resale, or unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
3. Course Enrollment and Access
When you enroll in a course, you are granted a limited, non transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your personal educational use only.
Access duration may vary by course and may expire after a defined period such as 365 days or other stated timeframes. Expired courses and certificates cannot be reactivated without re enrollment or renewal.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required at the time of enrollment. Learnify247 uses third party payment processors and does not store payment information.
Learnify247 reserves the right to change pricing, offerings, or availability at any time.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the course page, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed courses
- Partially completed courses
- Downloaded digital products or ebooks
- Missed classes or failure to complete a course
- Certificate expiration
Exceptions may be made only if required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Learnify247.
6. Certificates and Expiration
Some courses include certificates of completion or certification.
Certificates may expire after a defined time period such as 365 days or as stated in the course description.
It is the student’s responsibility to track expiration dates and renew certifications as required. Expired certificates are no longer valid and may require course retake or renewal fees.
7. Instructor Content and Marketplace
Some courses may be provided by independent instructors. Learnify247 does not guarantee instructor performance, outcomes, or results.
Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content. Learnify247 reserves the right to approve, remove, suspend, or modify instructor content at its discretion.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce course content
- Share login credentials
- Attempt to bypass platform security or restrictions
- Use Learnify247 for unlawful purposes
- Harass instructors, staff, or other users
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content including text, videos, quizzes, certificates, graphics, logos, and course materials are the property of Learnify247 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
Learnify247 provides educational content only and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly stated.
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, licensure, certification acceptance by third parties, or regulatory approval.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnify247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, income, or opportunities.
12. Termination
Learnify247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or conduct harmful to the platform or community.
Termination does not entitle the user to refunds.
13. Privacy
Use of Learnify247 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. Data is collected only to operate and improve the platform.
14. Modifications to Terms
Learnify247 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
